Anopheles gene set

A new Anopheles gene set (AgamP3.4), wasreleased in July containing approx. 12,000protein-coding gene predictions. Manualappraisal of predictions on chromosome arm2L has been completed and significantvolumes of community annotation have beenintegrated. The VectorBase nomenclature forgene identifiers (AGAPxxxxxx) is employedthroughout.
